Rave reviews lead to awards for estate and letting agents Mark Ewin in Bury St Edmunds and Beatrice Carter in Mildenhall
Estate and lettings agents in Bury St Edmunds and Mildenhall have won awards for their high standards of customer service after receiving rave customer reviews.
They were recognised at the ESTAS customer service awards 2019, the biggest awards in the UK property industry.
Mark Ewin, of St John’s Street, Bury, received the gold award for best estate agent in the east of England and the bronze award for the best estate agent office in the UK.
Beatrice Carter, of Field Road, Mildenhall, brought home silver in the letting agent as voted by landlords category and best in county.
The winners were announced by television property expert Phil Spencer at Grosvenor House, in London. The awards, in their 16th year, determine the best estate and letting agents across the country based on feedback from customers.
Mark Ewin said: “We are absolutely delighted to be recognised at this year’s ESTAS. It means so much to our team as we know it’s our customers who have judged our performance.
“We take customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice. “
Angela Lynch, manager of Beatrice Carter, said: “We are absolutely over the moon to be awarded for the fourth year running at this year’s ESTAS.”
Carol Jaggard, Beatrice Carter owner, said: “We have always been very proud of the personal service and this proves we are delivering what we promise.”
Estate and letting agents were recognised in counties and regions around the UK. National awards were also announced.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS since their inception in 2003, said: “These awards are special because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service they deliver.”
