The F-15 fighters from RAF Lakenheath’s 48th Fighter Wing that went to Incirlik in Turkey to train Turkish forces and attack ISIL targets in Syria and Iraq have returned to base.

Crews of the two-seat F-15E fighter bombers of 492nd Fighter Squadron and single-seat F-15C fighters of 493rd Fighter Squadron were welcomed back last week by their families.

They have been in Turkey for about a month.
