Pupils stepped back in time to celebrate Crawford’s Primary School’s 150th anniversary.
The school’s 70 children studied different eras such as the Victorian age, World War Two as well as the 50s, 60s and 70s and then donned outfits from the respective periods for a day of celebration.
Communities from the school’s Haughley and Wetherden catchment area were invited to a short church service. Afterwards they enjoyed a cream tea at the school, where they could look at a display of its history.
The school was founded in 1866 by the Reverend William Crawford of Haughley Park.
