Diners at The Manger pub in Bradfield Combust raised more than £1,000 for a vital charity through a pudding evening.

Last week, Jenny Smith and Janice Hardy presented the cheque to Cancer Research UK representative Dave Dawson.

The ladies and Mr Dawson would like to thank everyone for taking part especially their staff, who gave their tips and time for free.

Cancer Research UK funds scientists, doctors and nurses to help beat cancer sooner and provides cancer information to the public.
