Police seek witnesses after road rage in Thetford

Police are asking witnesses to come forward after a road rage incident in Thetford.

A woman driving a grey Mazda CX3 along Croxton Way had turned into Tennyson Way when a man driving a grey car pulled up in front of her got out of his vehicle and shouted abuse at her.

The incident happened between 5pm and 5.10pm on Wednesday 19 October. The man is thought to have been driving a Toyota Avensis.

Police say the man is described as white, aged in his late 40s to early 50s, 5ft 8ins to 5ft 9ins tall, of average build, clean shaven and with short dark hair. He was wearing a grey jumper and jeans.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may know the male driver, is aksed to contact Pc Jon Turner-Evans at Thetford Police Station on 101.
