Police hunt pair involved in public order incident in Stowmarket




A white van driver was verbally attacked in a public order incident in Stowmarket.

It happened on Monday, April 1, just before 9.30am, in Bury Road, close to the Lidl store and Floor Dimensions business premises.

A silver Peugeot van was overtaking a white van before suddenly braking. The male driver and female passenger of the silver van then got out of their vehicle and confronted the driver of the white van, a male in his 50s, with verbal abuse, acting in a threatening manner.

They also attempted to open his door which was locked. The suspects then got back in their vehicle and drove off.
