Have your say

The Crown Prosecution Service has decided not to proceed with a manslaughter charge against Claxtons Engineering over the deaths of four Suffolk men.

Brothers Thomas and Daniel Hazelton and their workmates Peter Johnson and Adam Taylor died after a steel cage collapsed on them in Great Yarmouth. Three of the men were from Stanton while Adam was from Rickinghall.

The Health and Safety Executive is now reviewing the case and could still proescute.
