Police appeal after theft of more than 800 tins of paint

More than 800 tins of paint were stolen from a lorry parked in a layby on the eastbound carriageway of the A14 at Creeting St Mary last month.

It happened between 9pm on March 22 and 10am on March 23 after a hole was cut in the nearside curtain of the trailer.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area at the time.

Call Pc Mark Simpson at Stowmarket Police Station on 101 with information.
