Police appeal after aggravated burglary in onehouse

Police are continuing to investigate an aggravated burglary in Onehouse yesterday.

A police helicopter, dog unit and officers were involved in searching for an intruder following the report of a burglary in Ash Road, Onehouse, at around 3.15pm.

A teenager, who was inside the property at the time, told police the intruder attacked him with a small knife.

The boy received only minor injuries and did not require medical attention.

Police are continuing with their enquiries and are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or saw anything suspicious, to call them on 101.
