This week’s photograph features regulars at Cockfield’s Three Horseshoes pub in November 1986.
It was taken following the group’s success in fund-raising for St Thomas Research for Children’s Heart Disease (STRUTH).
It raised a total of £873.25 through a fun run, with tankards presented to runners who raised more than £50, shields for more than £25 and medals for those who raised more than £10.
The pub received a large shield for raising more than £500, while organiser and landlady Joan Lancaster also received an award. All awards were donated by Perrier Water.
Are you one of the regulars pictured here? Perhaps you are one of the children pictured, who also took part in the fun run.
If so, or if you have a picture of your own that you would like to see appear in this page, contact reporter Laura Smith.
You can email your pictures to email@example.com or send them to Laura at the Bury Free Press.
You can also bring them into our reception in King’s Road.
