A taxi was converted into a video booth as West Suffolk Hospital invited patients and visitors to voice their opinions on the trust’s services.

The ‘chatterbox cab’ was put to use during the hospital’s freedom to speak up day last Wednesday. Feedback received, both positive and negative, will be used to help the hospital improve the way it works in the future.
