A PUBLIC meeting has been organised to allow residents in Bury St Edmunds the chance to discuss St Edmundsbury Borough Council’s Vision 2031 plans.
It will focus on the impact the proposed 5,900 new houses will have on the town.
Under the banner Our Place, it will be the first time all communities affected by the proposed sites in Moreton Hall, Compiegne Way, Fornham All Saints, the South East and Westley will be brought together to discuss the controversial topic.
The meeting will be chaired by David Ruffley, MP for Bury, and will take place at West Suffolk House, in Bury, on April 26, at 6.30pm.
Councillors and residents’ groups are also invited.
