Ornamental telescope among items stolen in Thetford burglary

Cash, cards, a laptop and an ornamental telescope were among items stolen during a burglary in Thetford this week.

The incident happened at an address in Arlington Way sometime between 10pm on Monday, June 1, and 7am on Tuesday, June 2.

Suspects gained entry to the house through a rear window and stole a brown wallet containing bank cards and cash, an ornamental telescope in a wooden box, a laptop, a compass, a TomTom Sat Nav, a Sony Cybershot camera, a computer tablet, and a mobile phone.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area between the times stated or anyone with information should contact Det Con Sarah Warner at Thetford CID on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
