LIVE Well Suffolk has published a free Eat Well, Live Well cook book which offers tips on planning low cost meals and avoiding temptations when shopping.

There are more than 20 recipes for healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts and snacks and all the recipes are also available to download individually online, with people encouraged to share their healthy recipes too.

The cook book was collated by Live Well Suffolk’s trained dietitians Karen Davies and Heather Osborn, with many of the chosen recipes submitted by Live Well Suffolk staff and partner organisations.
