One person cut free from Fakenham collision

One person had to be cut free from a collision between two cars at Fakenham this afternoon.

Two fire crews from Fakenham attended the collision between a grey Suzuki and a green Volkswagen at the junction of the A148 and A1065 at about 2.30pm. They used hydraulic cutting equipment to free one person.

Norfolk Police said there were only minor injuries and the roads were closed until 4.50pm while the emergency services dealt with the crash and vehicles were recovered.
