Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust launches new stroke help website


People who have suffered a stroke are being given special after care rehabilitatin so they can get home from hospital early and now the team delivering that help has launcged a new website.

The Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS trust has launched the website to help people understand more about a strole andhow the community rehab service works in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Trish White NCH&C stroke care team leader, said: “We hope people visit our new website to gain more understanding of stroke and how our services work. The site includes information about recognising the signs of stroke and what action to take.

The Act FAST campaign shows how people can quickly recognise stroke by cheking someone’s face, speeh and ability to lift their arms.
