A village is show-casing its picturesque footpaths and historic buildings with a new noticeboard.

The new feature outside the village hall in Hargrave was created by David Willcox and illustrated by artist Brenda Corbett.

Co-ordinator Lorna Willcox said: “We do actually get quite a lot of walkers and some in relatively big groups so it’s quite nice to be able to point things out of interest.”

Village landmarks highlighted on the noticeboard include St Edmund Church and Mill House. It was funded by former borough councillor Derek Redhead and the parish council.
