Business Over Breakfast is emphasising the power of networking after a Financial Times report said a fifth of failed new firms could have survived with early advice.
The report said that 20 per cent of failed businesses would still be trading after two and a half years if they had sought advice from the outset.
David Rhodes, Suffolk and Eastern regional director of Business Over Breakfast Clubs said: “With the failure rate of start-up businesses as high as it is, meeting new people and making new contacts on a regular basis can be vital to the early survival of your business.”
BoB Clubs introduce new firms to established businesses who can offer informal advice.
