Motorcyclist seriously injured after A11 accident




Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 60s suffered serious injuries after an incident on the A11.

It happened on May 21, at 4.35pm, just after the Mundford Road roundabout, near Thetford, on the Northbound carriageway when a black Yamaha motorbike left the road.

The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, particularly the driver of a black 4 x 4 type vehicle that was in the area at the time of the incident.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident should contact PC Khamees Alothman at Wymondham Roads and Armed Policing Team (RAPT) on 101.
