Motorcyclist in hospital after Stanton crash

A motorcyclist was taken to hospital this morning after sustaining head injuries in a crash in Stanton.

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) received reports of a collision between a car and a motorbike in Bury Road, Stanton, shortly after 9.30am and sent two crews to the scene.

The motorcyclist was taken to West Suffolk Hospital, in Bury St Edmunds, after suffering a head injury and a possible broken leg.

Another person was treated at the scene for a minor head injury but was not taken to hospital.
