Moreton Hall stabbing: Arrested man faces no further action and three others have bail extended




A man arrested over a stabbing in Bury will face no further action - while three others had their bail extended.

A man, aged in his 20s, was stabbed in a car park outside The Moreton Hall pub on October 25.

A 29-year-old man from Bury arrested in connection with the incident will face no further action.

Two men, aged 32 and 25 from Bury, and a 29-year-old man from Haverhill arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder have had their bail extended until January.

A 29-year-old man, from Braintree, arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the incident remains under investigation.

Meanwhile, Hari Farlie, 24, of Bury, will appear at Ipswich Crown Court on December 6 charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
