Bury St Edmunds school targeted in burglary with minibus stolen and paint thrown on walls of flat
A minibus was among high value items stolen during a break-in at a Bury St Edmunds school where paint was thrown on the walls of a flat.
The burglary at Moreton Hall Preparatory School, in Mount Road, was between 12.30pm on Saturday, July 18 and 1.20pm on Sunday, July 20.
The burglary was at a residential flat on the premises with paint thrown on the walls, as well as damage to mirrors, interior windows and various other items.
High value items were stolen including two laptops, a TV, an Xbox, a PS3, a Nintendo Wii, two projectors, 12 silver Chromebooks, two projectors and two large speakers.
The vehicle stolen was a blue Boxer Peugeot minibus.
Anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of any of the items stolen or has seen the minibus or knows of its whereabouts should contact Bury St Edmunds CID, quoting crime reference 37/40846/20.
