An evening with Masterchef Finalist 2014 Jack Lucas kicked off a weekend of foodie events at bespoke kitchen specialists Kitchenology.
His demonstration at the company’s showroom on the Barton Retail Park, Bury St Edmunds, saw him creating a menu of roasted butternut squash risotto with pancetta, goat’s cheese beignets and rocket, rack of lamb with redcurrant glaze and no-cook lime cheesecake with a tropical fruit coulis and popping candy.
The next day, director Jennifer Shaw and her Kitchenology team welcomed the public to their free open day.
A professional chef started off with bacon and sausages cooked on the induction hob for brunch and went on to cook a full Sunday lunch on a combi steam oven, plus scones and cakes for tea.
