Last year’s MasterChef finalist Tony Rodd demonstrated his culinary mastery with effortless charm and style during a visit to Kitchenology in Bury St Edmunds.

Tony made it a night to remember as he created a number of visually stunning and mouth-watering dishes, including chocolate

tubes filled with raspberry mousse, chocolate ganache and soil, raspberry coulis and sorbet.

This is the second MasterChef evening Kitchenology has held. Originally set up as a trial event, they have been so well received they will now run annually.

Tony’s MasterChef appearance and his success at reaching the finals changed his life forever.

He now has a very successful new career, fulfilling his passion of cooking and creating dishes for people who require his extra special individuality and flair, for their own dinner parties.

Watch MasterChef 2016, soon to be on our TV screens and follow your favourites and see if they make the finals, one of them could be putting on a show here at Kitchenology.
