Man who died in Fornham St Martin collision named

A 50-year-old man who died following a collision in Fornham St Martin last week has been named.

Marc Parkin, of Ingham, near Bury St Edmunds suffered serious head injuries after the BMW he was driving was involved in a collision with a lorry on the A134 on Wednesday, March 4 at about 9.30am.

He was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital where he passed away on Saturday, March 7.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses who saw the BMW prior to the collision or the crash itself.

Calls should be made to the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 101 quoting CAD 94 of March 4.
