Man treated for neck pain after Bury collision

A man in his 70s was treated for neck pain following a collision between two cars in Horringer Road, Bury St edmunds, this morning.

Police and ambulance were called just before 9am to the accident involving a Hyundai i-30 and a Citro├źn DS4.

East of England Ambulance Service say they responded within five minutes and the was taken to West Suffolk Hospital for further treatment, but it is thought that his injuries are not life-threatening.

Suffolk police ask anyone who saw the incident to call them on 101 and quote CAD73 of September 28.
