Man taken to hospital with serious injuries after collision in Stowmarket

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Stowmarket last night.

Police were called at just before 5pm on Thursday, October 20 to reports of a collision on the B1115, Stowupland Road, Stowmarket near to the Mortimer Road roundabout involving a Ford Transit van and a pedestrian.

Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a man in his 30s was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Witnesses are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team (SCIT) on 101, reference 228 of 20 October.
