A man was taken to hospital after a lorry overturned on the A143 in Stanton this morning.
An ambulance crew, two ambulance officers and Essex Air Ambulance attended the incident at 11.52am following a report of a man who was trapped in the lorry which was on its side.
The man, believed to be aged in his 50s, was released by Suffolk Fire Service.
He was treated for chest pain and shortness of breath and was taken to West Suffolk Hospital by land ambulance for further treatment.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or serious.
A tweet by Norfolk and Suffolk Roads Policing said there were 23 tonnes of meat to offload from the lorry and diesel to pump out before the vehicle can be moved.
