Man is punched in the face during road rage incident in Botesdale

A man sustained a nose bleed and bruising following a road rage incident in Botesdale on Tuesday.

The incident happened at around 12.45pm in The Street following a near collision between a blue Renault Clio and a white transit van.

Following the near miss, the driver of the white van got out, approached the driver of the Clio, who was still in the vehicle, and punched him through the open car window.

The offender then drove off towards the A143 Diss.

The victim sustained a nose bleed, bruising and a cut from the incident.

The driver of the van is described as a white man, in his mid-thirties, approximately 5’9” tall, of a large build with short, shaved, light-coloured hair and was wearing a dark coloured sweater and jeans with a diamond shaped logo on the pocket.
