Man hurt in lorry collision

A man has suffered knee and hip injuries after a collision between a car and a lorry in Bury St Edmunds.

Ambulance crews were called to Skyliner Way at around 7.20pm yesterday after the incident.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We treated a man in his 30s with knee and hip injuries before conveying him to West Suffolk General Hospital.”
