Man assaulted after being followed in his car in Horringer

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was attacked in Horringer after being followed in his car.

At around 10.50am on Wednesday September 9, the victim was being followed in his vehicle by another car, a green metallic people carrier, so pulled over in Godfreys Close.

He was then approached by two men who had stopped their vehicle and was punched in the face causing a cut above his eye.

The men then left in their vehicle.

The two men are described as white, of a heavy build and aged between 38 and 45 years old.

One of the men was wearing a blue fleece, the other a black jacket.
