Man arrested after discovery of cannabis plants in Beck Row

A man has been arrested after police discovered a number of cannabis plants a property in Beck Row.

He was arrested this morning (Thursday) after police carried out a warrant at the address, in Kestral Close, around 8.20pm last night.

Officers found a tent containing cannabis plants in the kitchen and another tent containing larger cannabis plants in a bedroom. A mobile phone, cannabis grinder and associated items were also seized.

The 29-year-old, from Beck Row, has been taken into custody at Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre where he will be interviewed on suspicion of cultivating cannabis.
