Man, 23, suffers fractured jaw in assault outside Bury St Edmunds bus station

A 23-year-old man suffered a fractured jaw after he was punched in the face outside Bury St Edmunds bus station.

The incident in St Andrew's Street North was on Saturday, November 23 at about 8.30pm.

Before the attack, there was an argument between the victim and a group of males.

One of the males took hold of the victim’s shirt and as the victim went to walk away another male dressed in dark clothing punched him in the face.

The group then ran away to the Wilko car park.

The victim suffered a fractured jaw.
