A car dealership is celebrating a major revamp which includes a new- look showroom and improved facilities.

Vindis ŠKODA Bury St Edmunds showcased the make-over of its site, in Dettingen Way, with a launch weekend where customers could see the new third generation ŠKODA Fabia.

The dealership’s showroom has been upgraded to ‘create a more customer-focused experience’ and provides space for seven models from ŠKODA’s new car range.

It also features a ‘new car configurator’ which is a digital tool to help potential buyers in the decision-making process.

Steve Bradley, head of business at the dealership, said: “This is a hugely exciting time for everyone connected with the company.

“It’s been hard work but 100 per cent worth it. We’re really looking forward to showing off our new facilities to our existing customers and welcoming many new ones.”

The upgrade and Fabia launch coincided with the third anniversary of the opening of the Bury St Edmunds site.

Previously it was located in Woolpit.

David Allen, head of network development and customer quality, ŠKODA UK, commented: “The new and improved Vindis ŠKODA Bury St Edmunds retailer is an amazing place to visit. It’s a great facility to showcase the desirability of our cars and will help create a strong and lasting relationship with our customers.”
