Maison Bleue's pastry chef Morgane Le Coanet creates handmade chocolate 'Easter Garden' to raise money for Sarcoma UK

A talented pastry chef has created an ‘Easter garden’ – made entirely out of chocolate – which will be raffled off to raise funds for a cancer charity.

Morgane Le Coanet, who works at Maison Bleue, in Churchgate Street, created the handmade display to be featured in Sunday’s raffle, which is in aid of Sarcoma UK.

The raffle, of which the winner will be announced on Sunday, has been organised to provide support to Maison Bleue’s chef patron Pascal Canevet, who is due to run the London Marathon next weekend.

The chocolate garden, made up of three bunnies, more than 20 eggs, spring flowers and a hen, is entirely handmade and took several weeks to create.
