A luxury kitchen and bathroom design company in Risby has opened its own showroom to display top of the range equipment.

Republic Design at Risby Business Park in Newmarket Road was set up by Max Spenser-Morris in 2003 and moved from Newmarket to Risby in 201.

Design Republic, at Risby Business Park in Newmarket Road, was set up by Max Spenser-Morris in 2003 in Newmarket, later moving to Risby.

The design specialists have installed top of the range working kitchens, featuring Sub Zero, Wolf, Siemens and Neff products in their display.

The showroom was formerly a 100 sq m storage area but has been transformed into a new look showroom. This was designed with Scavolini, Europe’s largest and one of the most exciting Italian kitchen design companies.

Design Republic has won six industry awards for its bathroom design and the new showroom aims to allow customers the chance to see a kitchen in situ rather than on screen or on paper.

Max, a fine art graduate, said: “Everything I design and see to fruition is like a piece of art. All of our kitchens will have flair and be designed to customer’s specifications.

“The tactile element of the showroom will be good for customers. People want to be able to see something in the flesh and see what they are buying. A huge amount of care and attention has gone into this.”
