Greene and Greene Solicitors in Bury St Edmunds will be holding a seminar on wealth and frailty on November 20.

Kate Chandler will discuss what happens when insufficient thought is given to validating the instructions of vulnerable clients while Wayne Perrin will outline how these risks can be minimalised by simple guidelines.

Greene and Greene senior partner Suzanne Alston said: “Disputes about the validity of wills and trusts, and the distribution of deceased person’ estates, are increasing.

“This seminar will be very useful to individuals on their own account and professionals who advise familes in other fields involving property and finance.”

The seminar takes place at the Unitarian Meeting House in Churchgate Street at 2.15pm. Call Debbie Rouse on 01284 762211 or email
