Have your say

The clock is ticking for young and aspiring businesses to enter the Local Business Accelerator Awards.

Entries must be in today if firms want to have the chance to win invaluable mentoring and advertising help.

The scheme is run by the Newspaper Society, with last year’s competition attracting more than 3,000 entries nationwide.

The winner will receive a year’s free membership of the CBI, free business advice from the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales), an iPad, mentoring from Dragon’s Den’s Deborah Meaden and £10,000 in cash.
