Kentford home damaged following two-vehicle collision




A home in Kentford was damaged during a collision involving two vehicles on Saturday.

Police were called to Bury Road at 11.40am, to reports of a collision involving a Volkswagen Crafter van and Toyota Yaris car. Ravensbury Cottage was hit by one of the vehicles during the incident.

A Suffolk Police spokeswoman said the East of England Ambulance services was called to treat minor injuries, while a surveyor was required to assess the damage to the house.

Four Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service vehicles also attended the incident: one from Bury St Edmunds, one from Mildenhall and two from Newmarket.
