Hundreds of pounds worth of fishing equipment stolen in Thetford

Police are investigating after hundreds of pounds worth of fishing equipment was stolen from a garage in Thetford.

The incident happened between 8pm on Thursday, March 12, and 3.20pm on Friday, March 13. at a property in Collingwood Walk.

Suspect(s) forced entry into the garage and stole various fishing equipment including rods, reels and tackles, as well as a tent and an umbrella.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the area.

Witnesses should contact Pc Peter Boyle at Thetford Police Station on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
