Crews were called to a house fire caused by a lightening strike in Bury St Edmunds on Friday.
Three fire engines from Bury and the aerial appliance and support pump from Ipswich East station attended the incident in
Victoria Street at around 6.20pm.
They used breathing apparatus, a hose reel and two thermal image cameras to deal with a fire in the property’s loft space.
It was brought under control by about 8.15pm.
