Horse Party have released their new album ‘Horizons’ today – available on CD or by download.

The alt-rock trio from Bury St Edmunds played a special launch party at the Hunter Club in Bury on Saturday March 19 to mark the release of the album joined by Manningtree’s Superglu, Norwich surf punk band Claws and Bury-based Sun Scream - who were playing their debut gig.

Horse Party formed back in September, 2012, when singing guitarists Seymour Quigley and Elle Langley met drummer Shannon Hope at one of Seyour’s Washing Machine rock nights.

A number of singles from the new album received high profile airplay last year from the likes of Marc Riley, Steve Lamacq, Lauren Laverne and Huw Stephens.

The band are next playing the Portland Arms in Cambridge on Friday, April 8.
