Police are asking anyone who may have lost a Yale-type key since the beginning of June to come forward after it was recovered following an arrest earlier today.

Detectives detained a man on suspicion of burglary this morning, Wednesday June 22, locating a key during the arrest.

It is believed the key may have been stolen in the Bury St Edmunds area since the start of the month.

Anyone who may have lost a Yale-type key since then is asked to call Bury St Edmunds CID by dialling Suffolk Police on 101.

You will be asked questions in order to identify the key as yours.
