A green fair that aims to educate people about sustainable living will be returning to Bury St Edmunds next month.
The free event, organised by eco group Sustainable Bury, will take place in The Apex auditorium from 10am-4pm on November 1.
As well as a range of green initiatives and advice, the fair will be offering demonstrations and activities on a host of practical skills.
Depden Farm Shop is getting involved for the first time and will be organising talks on smallholdings and gardening in polytunnels, as well as food tastings.
Holistic centre Neil’s Yard will be offering free therapies and a textile artist will be demonstrating natural dyeing techniques, with visitors encouraged to join in using their own clothes.
Organisers are hoping this year’s fair will attract more than the 800 visitors at last year’s, with expectations it could be the biggest and best one yet.
