Flempton Golf Club has raised £5,600 for Riding for the Disabled and equipment for babies at West Suffolk Hospital.
Fifteen teams of golfers raised the money with the nine holes being sponsored by local businesses.
Carrs BMW sponsored the halfway house refreshments and the winning team was Temples Property Management.
Part of the money raised is going towards a jaundice meter machine which enables quick diagnosis of yellow jaundice for babies delivered at home. A further £3,000 is needed for the machine and donations can be made by contacting Patricia Davies, head of midwifery at the hospital.
