The Friends of Compiègne held a conversation morning to give members the opportunity to speak French in groups, according to level of fluency.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the twinning of the towns of Bury St Edmunds and Compiègne in northern France.

The Friends of Compiègne meet on a regular basis and continue to promote these links.
