A new film which presents seven powerful portraits of communities facing the impact of climate change will be screened in Bury and Drinkstone.

The documentary ‘This Changes Everything’ by bestselling Canadian author Naomi Klein proposses that only a radical change in the world’s economic system will prevent potentially catastrophic climate change.

The film showing will be followed by a discussion with Helen Geake, TV archaeologist and Green Party member.

U3A’s climate change group will present the film on November 19 in Drinkstone Village Hall at 7.30pm.

St Edmundsbury Borough Green Cllr Julia Wakelam has organised a second showing at The Centre, in St John’s Street, on November 23 at 7.30pm. Entry is free.
