Pubs giant Greene King plans to build a food 
development kitchen at its brewery site, in Bury St Edmunds.

The facility would be used to develop the company’s pub meals including standard, site specific and prototype menus as well as seasonal offers. It would accommodate up to 16 technicians and two to three kitchen staff. Proposals to set up the kitchen on the ground floor of the barley store building have been submitted to St Edmundsbury Borough Council.
