Paddy and Scott's has opened its 'equity partners' initiative to give all employees a share in the business profits as well as taking a role in the firm's business strategy and development.

Jon Reed, brand director, said: “We’re proudly investing in our team as a way of rewarding them for their commitment while fuelling ambition for the future."

Paddy and Scott's started from the boot of founder Scott Russell's car. It now has its base in Earl Soham and produces more than 90,000 cups of coffee a day.

Scott said: “From the farm to the bean barn, it's our people that make Paddy and Scott's awesome.

"We're ambitious and really appreciate the time and energy everyone brings to the team."
