Fire crews rescue trapped horse in Tuddenham

Firefighters performed an animal rescue in Tuddenham, near Mildenhall, this afternoon.

Two crews from Bury St Edmunds and one from Mildenhall were called to a horse trapped in a horse box in High Street, Tuddenham, just after 12.30pm.

They waited for a vet to sedate the animal before trying to releasing it.

The horse was freed by 1.25pm.
